I specialize in educational organizations as I have been an educator for 18+ years. 

Every organization sets goals for improvement. Learning communities are the backbone of that achievement. Whether I am doing direct teaching of content or facilitating a learning community,  the learning needs to include shared leadership, hands-on practice, and individual self-agency. The organization's vision and mission must be clear with structures in place for collaboration. Communication is key!
