Education as an institution was built on ideas from philosophy, sociology, psychology, history, politics, and capitalism, thus any type of mentorship or learning community should be grounded in critical pedagogy and universal design.

Andragogy and pedagogy. The brain, in conjunction with the body and social interaction, learns best within optimal conditions: low negative stress, experiential, and self-agency. I think these are the keys to happiness as well!
